Etsy processes orders securely using PayPal. (You do not need a PayPay account; you can use your credit card or debit card.) I pack and ship the items myself.

Shipping in the US
Domestic shipping includes all U.S. states and territories. Shipping costs are noted along with each item in my Etsy shop. Shipping for additional items is complimentary (combine orders to save on shipping costs).
Orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2 days. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery by USPS.
If you live locally (near Charlotte, NC), you are welcome to pick up your purchase instead of having it shipped. Please contact me before ordering and I’ll send you a coupon code to use on Etsy.
International Shipping
Shipping costs are noted along with each item in my Etsy shop. Shipping for additional items is complimentary (combine orders to save on shipping costs).
Orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2 days. Please allow 6 to 10 business days for international delivery by USPS.
Packaging
All items will be carefully packed. Oil paintings will be left on the stretcher bars and shipped in a box.
Small drawings will be shipped in a box. Medium-sized drawings might be shipped in a box if you live in the continental US. Due to the high cost of shipping, larger drawings will be rolled in a tube for shipping. However, if you prefer to have large drawings (some of which are already matted) shipped flat, please contact me before ordering and I’ll change the shipping option.

- If you are not satisfied with the work of art, please email immediately to notify me of your intent to return it.

- Returns must be postmarked within 14 days (US) or 30 days (international) of my original, postmarked shipping date.
